Privacy Policy for F1X Dashboard
Last Updated: February 27, 2026
Thank you for using the F1X Dashboard Chrome Extension ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
1. Information We Collect
The personal information that we collect depends on your interaction with the extension.
- For all users: We do not track your browsing history. The extension only handles search queries when you use the search bar within the new tab page, which are sent directly to Google/your default search engine.
- For signed-in users: If you choose to sign in via Google Authentication to purchase or access the "Live Pass", we collect your basic profile information (email address, name, and profile picture). This authentication is handled securely via Firebase Auth.
- Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, DodoPayments. We do not store or process your credit card numbers or financial details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive:
- To facilitate account creation and the logon process via Google Sign-In.
- To manage and verify your "Live Pass" subscription status using Firebase (Firestore) and DodoPayments webhooks.
- To display your profile picture and name within the extension's settings modal.
- To deliver the live session data you have purchased access to.
3. How Your Information is Shared
We only share information with the following third-party services that are essential to the functionality of the extension:
- Google Firebase: Used for authentication (Google Sign-In), secure backend API hosting (Cloud Functions), and storing subscription status (Firestore).
- DodoPayments: Used for securely processing subscription payments.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your authentication tokens and subscription status are stored locally on your device within the Chrome extension's local storage (`chrome.storage`). We employ industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your data during transmission and on our backend.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Sign out of the extension at any time, which clears your local user data.
- Cancel your DodoPayments subscription.
- Contact us to request the deletion of your account and associated data from our Firebase database.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions or comments about this notice, please contact the developer via the Chrome Web Store support page or at the email address provided in the Web Store listing.
